Vinegar Hill Mall has a rich history of transformation and revitalization. Originally constructed in 1908, the building served as a laundry facility. In the early 1980s, the structure was repurposed into Vinegar Hill Mall, marking its first major transformation. In October 2021, Conn’s Hospitality Group acquired Vinegar Hill Mall along with the adjacent Baur’s Steakhouse and breathed new life into these properties. This effort culminated in the opening of Trish and Mary’s Public House in October 2023, an English-style pub, and in April 2024, Wm. Van’s Coffee relocated to the mall. We are looking for neighbors with several lease options available throughout the buildings from 3900 sq ft retail, 9400 sq ft restaurant space (Bauers) to over 1300 sq ft in the atrium area (old pizza machine space).
